Proctor Silex 22605 Toaster
This is a nifty $20 toaster which does exactly what it’s supposed to: toast two pieces of sliced bread. While it doesn’t have temperature control, it does allow you to choose between certain levels of toast darkness. You can’t toast bagels and other bulky pastries on it. The toaster doesn’t also come with a cool exterior feature, so don’t touch it while it’s hot or else you might get burned fingers! It comes in only one color: white plastic. It does look sleek and compact though, and will accessorize any modern day kitchen. Considering its rather cheap price, this little toaster is a good buy for people who want it to do what it’s made for: toasting two pieces of sliced bread.
Advantages:
- It’s quite affordable, and considering that it has a reliable performance, is a good buy for your money.
- A pleasing and simple design that will not look out of place in any kitchen.
Disadvantages:
- It heats very slowly, which is fine for some people, but if you’re a consumer who’s always on the go, this toaster might not be fast enough for you.
- Because of its very simple controls (light, medium, dark), users who want a greater degree of control over toast darkness might find that this toaster does not produce the desired toast.
