The Oster 6307 Inspire 2 Slice Toaster model retains for approximately $43. It comes with 2 wide slots to allow for a variety of bread types and sizes, including bagels. There are frozen, warm, and toast buttons. The model comes in the color red. The crumb tray is removable, and there are 7 toast shade settings. This is a functional product that comes with a one-year warranty. The dimensions are 7 2/7 by 11 ½ by 6 2/3 inches.
All in all, I'd probably go with something else. Even though this looks great, and some people think it's really effective, there are a pretty high number of people reporting that they got a defective model. You might avoid that, and you might take the risk, but personally the biggest thing for me is getting one that works well.
Advantages:
- The design looks great. That's probably the biggest highlight - this is going to look good and won't be something you'll try to hide behind something else in your kitchen when the guests come over.
- Very broad scale in terms of how dark you want the toast - so you can get it pretty close to what you want.
Disadvantages:
- Value shoppers will find cheaper alternatives that does the same toasting job
- Toasting is kind of uneven at times, and some people end up burning the middle while not really toasting the edges.
- It gets a little big hot when you're using it.
- A lot of people report defects.
