DeLonghi is an Italian company that makes a bunch of random home products (including many that involve heating), and it's got a line of toasters with a bunch of different variations. This one is a digital version, which lets you control the exact temperature and can do all the basic stuff you'd need a toaster oven for. It's also cheap - around $60, so while you're not getting some luxury thing with hundreds of options, you may not need much more unless you're a food fanatic.
The advantages:
It doesn't take up much counter space
Cheap
You can set a countdown timer based on how long you want to cook
Easy to figure out how to use it - controls are pretty simple
It will work for any basic cooking stuff you want to do
The disadvantages:
The default bread settings tend towards burnt toast - there's not a lot of gradation
It can be hard to see whether your food is cooked because the glass is tinted
If you are looking for something more advanced or more bells and whistles, you may need to go up a little price-wise
